Miss Topeka Teen USA, Taylor Clark is the new Miss Kansas Teen USA 2011. She was crowned Miss Kansas Teen USA 2011 on December 19th at the Scottish Rite Temple in Wichita. New beauty queen Taylor will represent Kansas in the Miss Teen USA 2011 in Las Vegas. Taylor Clark was National American Miss Preteen 2006.
