Miss Bolivia 2011 pageant was held on June 30 at the Siriono Pavillion of the Santa Cruz Exhibition Fair in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

 
23 year old Yessica Mouton Gianella was crowned Miss Universo Bolivia 2011.
New Universe beauty queen 1.72m will represent Bolivia in Miss Universe 2012.




23 year old Yohana Vaca Guzmán was crowned Miss Mundo Bolivia 2011 at the same event.
New World beauty queen 1.77m will represent Bolivia in Miss World 2011 in London, UK on November 6.




19 Year old Daniela Núñez del Prado Serrano was crowned the Miss Internacional Bolivia 2011.
New International beauty queen 1.75m will go to Miss International 2011 in Chengdu, China.




And Valeria Avendano received the title of Miss Bolivia Earth / Tierra 2011.
She will compete in Miss Earth 2011 pageant to be held in Pattaya, Thailand on December 3.



Sicely Mariscal, Karen Salazar, Miyer Durán and Suely Rico Rivas completed the Top 8.

Miss Bolivia 2011 pageant will take place on June 30. The pageant will select the country's representative to the Miss Universe , Miss World and Miss Earth pageant. 

Winners of Miss Bolivia 2010, Olivia Pinheiro, Maria Teresa Roca and Yovana O'Brien (photo above) will crown their respective successors at the end of the competition.

The Beauty Queen of Miss Universo Bolivia ( or Miss Bolivia Universe 2011) will represent Bolivia in Miss Universe 2012 next year. ( Olivia Pinheiro will compete in this year, Miss Universe 2011 ) 

While the winner of Miss Mundo Bolivia ( or Miss Bolivia World ) will competing in Miss World 2011  beauty contest on November 6 in London, UK.

And Miss Tierra Bolivia ( or Miss Bolivia Earth ) will enter Miss Earth 2011 pageant to be held in Pattaya, Thailand on December 3.

Olivia Pinheiro Miss Bolivia will not participate in Miss Universe 2011

Miss Bolivia 2010, Olivia Pinheiro, who had been in the eye of the hurricane these past weeks due to controversies about her real age, has declined to represent her country in the 2011 Miss Universe pageant, according to a press release sent by Promociones Gloria, national license holder of Miss Universe in Bolivia, this Thursday.

The controversy erupted last week when it was reported by  TV programs that Pinheiro had not been accepted in the 2011 Miss Universe competition because she didn’t fulfill the age requirements. Promociones Gloria confirmed that they had not sent in the paperwork yet, which meant the disqualification was not true. However, the subject raised a controversy that made national and international headlines.

Pinheiro never faced the media, as she was vacationing in Brazil with her family (she is half Brazilian on her father’s side). Doubts about her real age started making headlines in the Bolivian media as the eager audience wanted to know what would happen if she was not accepted in Miss Universe, and if not, who would replace her.

On Thursday, January 27th, Olivia Pinheiro, surrounded by the controversy, took the decision of not representing Bolivia in the international pageant, citing ‘personal matters’. Promociones Gloria has sent a press release to all media outlets stating Pinheiro’s decision. However, she will remain ”Miss Bolivia 2010′ until she gives up her crown, in June.

The press release sent by Promociones Gloria indicates that the new Miss Bolivia 2011 will be chosen in late June, and the winner from this contest will go on to represent the country in the Miss Universe pageant, next September, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Reina del Café 2011: USA wins Queen of Police; Bolivia and Venezuela Runner-Ups

Miss Coffee USA Jocell Villa was chosen Reina de los Carabineros or Queen of Police during the annual Reinado Internacional del Café pre-event held at the Manizales Fair on Friday 7th Jan 2011.

The results were announced: Angela Ruiz (Miss Venezuela), and María Teresa Roca (Miss Bolivia) were runner-ups.

On Saturday they will have the official swimsuit show, and the Jolie de Vogue best Face will be chosen. 

22 contestants will attend Finals take place on Sunday.
