Miss Romania, Loredana Salanta was crowned Top Model of the World 2011 in a beauty pageant held on March 16 in Usedom, Germany. She was crowned by Top Model of the World 2010, Carolina Rodriguez.
Top Model of the World Baltic Sea , Katerina Fedosejeva was name the 1st run-up while Top Model of the World Zimbabwe , Vanessa Sibanda was the 2nd run-up.
And completing the top 5 finalists were
- Top Model of the World Poland , Zuzanna Brzezinska
- Top Model of the World Algeria , Yasmine Ouchene
