Miss Coffee USA Jocell Villa was chosen Reina de los Carabineros or Queen of Police during the annual Reinado Internacional del Café pre-event held at the Manizales Fair on Friday 7th Jan 2011.
The results were announced: Angela Ruiz (Miss Venezuela), and María Teresa Roca (Miss Bolivia) were runner-ups.
On Saturday they will have the official swimsuit show, and the Jolie de Vogue best Face will be chosen.
22 contestants will attend Finals take place on Sunday.
